Orders

Once you have placed or paid for an order, you are deemed to have understood the products as per the description, agreed to our terms and conditions and shipping charges.

Payment

We accept the following modes of payment:

  1. MasterCard
  2. Visa
  3. Paypal
  4. Remittance to our bank account

If you choose to remit to our bank account, you should do so within 3 days from submitting your order. 

Shipping

We ship internationally from Singapore. You may choose the shipping options. We offer:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Air mail, all countries, takes 4-6 working days
  • Economy sea shipping, selected countries , takes 42-99 days

Shipping times refer to the the time your order leaves our hands to reach your country. It may take longer due to customs regulations in your country. Please note the shipping charges do not include any importing taxes, if any. Full import information can be found here.

You may wish to take note that Economy Sea Shipping tracking can only be investigated after 90 days, in event of loss or missing tracking information.

As soon as an order is ready to ship, we will send you an email to let you know. A courier tracking number will also be included for your reference to track.

We are unable to change your address after parcels leave our hands. You may incur additional charges to retrieve or resend your parcel.

We will not be liable for any missed deliveries or customs destroy or delays in parcels. You should be in coordination with the forwarders or your country's customs clearance department directly for the clearance and any tax incurred.

In event of wrong address or no delivery, we will give you the credits based on your order excluding the shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable once your parcel is sent out. 

Exchange/ Refund

We allow exchange only if:

  • we receive the returns in good and undamaged condition and,
  • within 30 days from your receipt of parcel and,
  • you will bear all shipping charges incurred to and from sending the exchange and,
  • we have enough inventory to fulfill the exchange.

There are strictly no refunds if the decision is no fault of ours and no refunds on shipping charges.
